Everything was perfect, had a very good stay in last February. The room was a nice size and well-designed with a double bed, the basic cleanliness and a good view and the breakfast was satisfactory. The hotel was clean with really helpful staff. The location was exceptionally nice and easy for walking around a hands-on museum.

For bigger groups of friends, the hotel offers spacious rooms, comfy beds, and friendly staff. There are great restaurants nearby, a city view, and a convenient shopping area within walking distance. The hotel provides free coffee in the lobby, a hot pot for brewing tea in the room, and complimentary toiletries with a toothbrush and other items.
Felt at ease, no reason to complain.

Had such great stay in last February, the staff were exceptional, location was magnificent straight to the Meitetsu train terminal. A double room we stayed at was luxurious with breakfast. Location: the hotel was really close to the nearest subway station, and Nagoya airport.
Everything great.

As someone who has never been to this city before, I found it very helpful to plan my transportation a day in advance, as it can be confusing. That said, this hotel's location is very convenient if you need to take the bus to the airport. The staff were polite, and I felt safe due to the security card required to access the elevators and rooms. My room was basic, but very clean, which I appreciated.
Nothing for me.

The hotel was reliable with free and freshly cooked breakfasts. A nice size and functional room with a double bed, a good view, the basic cleanliness, the staff was very helpful, whenever I needed help. The location seemed easy to Yanagibashi central fish market. Had brunch in the Midtown Bbq, located nearby. There was a trendy bar and fresh food at the in-house restaurant.
The setting was average.
